
The club membership year runs from 1st December to 30th November each year. The ASA membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March each year.
All members of the club will receive an AGM pack beginning of October each year. Within this pack, you will find a copy of the Membership Form, which must be completed and returned to the Treasurer with your membership fee.
Membership fees cover Bradford Dolphin Swimming Club membership together with the ASA membership, which the club will forward on your behalf. Fees are due no later than 1st December. Late payment incurs an administration charge of £3 per swimmer.
Fees for the year commencing on 1st December 2007 are as follows:
A discount is available for all fees paid prior to 31st December.
Where you become a member of the club during the course of the year, then fees will be pro-rated. Further information /forms are available from the Treasurer or Membership Secretary.
It is a requirement (subject to confirmation by the Chief Coach) that all swimmers who have attended at least three training sessions become members of the club.
All swimmers wishing to compete in galas must be fully paid up members of the club and have paid the ASA fee at the relevant rate for that competition i.e. where a swimmer has paid local membership and wishes to compete in an open/graded meet, then a ‘top-up’ ASA registration fee will need to be paid prior to entry.
All membership fees include Social Membership for all swimmers plus one parent where the swimmer is under 17 years of age.

Membership fees are reviewed annually in September each year and are communicated at the AGM.
Following membership renewal each year, all members will receive an updated copy of the Bradford Dolphin Swimming Club Handbook for that year.
All new swimmers can swim as non – members for a maximum of three sessions after which, if you wish to continue to attend the sessions, you must to become members of the club.
